Jade’s expertise
Jade grew up on the North Shore attending Carmel College and following this completed a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Laws at Auckland University.
Jade is a regular at Court appearing and advising in all areas of family law particularly relating to relationship property, care of children, family violence and estate disputes.
Jade finds the best part of her job to be connecting with people at times they feel most vulnerable and steadily guiding them through the legal process in a pragmatic and efficient manner. She enjoys seeing the weight being lifted off her client's shoulders as they let her help take away some of their stress at such difficult times.
With her family having been heavily involved in New Zealand's boating industry, Jade grew up on the water sailing around the north island, and also under the water as a keen scuba diver hunting for crayfish.
She has spent time travelling all over the world immersing herself into new cultures and languages. Her last adventure in 2019 saw her climb Everest Base Camp in Nepal and scuba diving with whale sharks in the Philippines. In her spare time, Jade enjoys relaxing on her family's farm riding her horses, playing piano and getting competitive on the netball courts.
