Turner Hopkins will retain your personal information only for the duration necessary to achieve the intended purpose for which it was collected.

Information provided in Job Applications

In the event that you submit a job application to Turner Hopkins, the information you provide will be used to evaluate your application. We may share the details included in your application with contracted service providers for purposes such as screening, aptitude testing, and human resources management functions.

Our commitment is to acknowledge your complaint and outline our investigation process within 24 hours of receiving it. We aim to resolve your complaint within 20 working days and will communicate our decision to you in writing. If, for any reason, we cannot meet this timeframe, we will contact you to provide an estimate of when the matter will be resolved.

If you find our resolution unsatisfactory, you have the option to reach out to us to discuss your concerns further or escalate the matter by filing a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner, which can be done via their website at www.privacy.org.nz, by calling 0800 803 909, or using their online complaint form. If your complaint pertains to your financial arrangements with us, you may also contact the Insurance and Financial Services Ombudsman Service at www.ifso.nz  or by calling 0800 888 202.
