Kathryn Wynd

Kathryn Wynd joined Turner Hopkins in 2012 in the commercial team. She is a Registered Legal Executive and a Fellow of the NZ Institute of Legal Executives Inc.

Kathryn has had a long career in the legal profession and has extensive experience in the property area. Kathryn has also had experience is most other areas of law including estate administration, wills and trusts, powers of attorney and mortgagee sales. Kathryn has also worked for a large Auckland law firm and later in a corporate firm working with non bank lenders in the outsourcing of their mortgage documentation processes. She performed roles including team management, risk and compliance management and process and systems development and implementation.

Kathryn takes pride in being able to offer experienced and practical assistance in the property area and working with clients to ensure that they are well informed about their property matter. She also believes that good communication is important to ensure that the transaction proceeds smoothly and is more than happy to liaise with other solicitors, real estate agents and banks to achieve a problem-free outcome.
